Michael Fordyce's The Psychology of Happiness  is an educational-television series which explores the ultimate of all human goals: personal happiness.

This highly entertaining series provides a basic introduction to the research understanding of the nature of happiness as well as a special focus on Dr. Fordyce's own, research developed, "Fourteen Fundamentals Program" to increase personal happiness.

All of the episodes are available for viewing and downloading, free, at the links below.

Presented by Dr. Fordyce, the 14 programs combine "live" studio lectures with "on-location" segments (from Hollywood to the Caribbean) and are designed for general audiences. Though produced in 1990, these classic presentations still represent the most widely researched-validated happiness-improvement strategies reported in the literature today. Episodes are 57 minutes each.
