Now available "on-line" at this site, this two-volume set represents the most exhaustive treatment of Dr. Fordyce's theories and research to date. Updated recently to reflect the latest in the research findings in happiness studies.

Volume I, "Human Happiness: Its Nature," provides an all-inclusive review of past research and theory on personal happiness -- a "must read" for anyone interested in the scientific   findings regarding personal happiness. Volume II, "Human Happiness: Its Attainment," gives the most detailed and extensive treatment yet available on Dr. Fordyce's own research-based strategies to aid average individuals enhance and increase their own personal happiness.

THE VIDEO TELECOURSE:  "MICHAEL FORDYCE'S THE PSYCHOLOGY OF HAPPINESS"

Available here for free, online viewing, Michael Fordyce's The Psychology of Happiness  is an educational-television series which explores the ultimate of all human goals: personal happiness.

Produced in 1990, this classic, entertaining series provides a basic introduction to the research understanding of the nature of happiness as well as a special focus on Dr. Fordyce's own, research developed, "Fourteen Fundamentals Program" to increase personal happiness.

Presented by Dr. Fordyce, the 14 programs combine "live" studio lectures with "on-location" segments (from Hollywood to the Caribbean) and are designed for general audiences. Episodes average 57 minutes.

"THE PSYCHOLOGY OF HAPPINESS" BRIEF-VERSION BOOKLETS
(now available "online" without charge)

A short, 21-page booklet capsulizing Dr. Fordyce's "Fourteen Fundamentals" for happiness. This widely cited booklet serves as a primer for students and laypersons interested in the simple "basics" of personal happiness.

First printed in 1981, the booklet has gone through several revisions and some 19 printings. Currently, the booklet is no longer in print, thus we have made a scanned copy of the last printing available here at this site, free of cost, for those who wish to read it "online" or make copies.
