We receive numerous requests from clinicians, academics, and student researchers for permission to use of the Happiness Measures (HM) in their clinical and/or research efforts. If you follow the stipulations below, consider yourself authorized to reduplicate and use the HM as much as you need for your projects.

First, for our records, please submit an e-mail representing your credentials, affiliation, and intended use of  the HM to us at: gethappy_net@hotmail.com .  Unless you hear from us to the contrary within 7 days of your e-mail,   you have permission to go forward and use the HM as you propose. Second, we also ask to share any resultant data, papers, and/or publications with us - either in a brief summary or direct references - at the same e-mail address.

MATERIALS YOU'LL NEED

If you already have the HM Questionnaire Sheet and the journal article "The Happiness Measures; A Sixty-Second Index of Emotional Well-Being & Mental Health" in your possession from other sources, you have all the materials you need to proceed with your study (with our permission to duplicate the materials as needed).

If you do not have the materials you need, click on the links below to obtain the materials you'll require (with our permission to duplicate the materials as needed). (Note: as some browsers may misalign print-outs, you have permission to retype or reformat and copy any materials as desired.
